Main section of paper molding machine:
1. pulping system:including the hydrapulper,pump,disk mill,water tank,pulp tank,mixer,etc..to make the waste paper into pulp.
2. forming system: including the molding machine,molds, vacuum pumps, air compressor and electrical controller to make the pulp into wet trays.
3. drying system: including the oven,chains,trays,heating pipes,fans,boiler,etc..to dry the wet trays so they can be used directly.

| 1.Usually, all installation and debugging work will be done before shipment. 2. If the buyer wants seller to Install the debugging term, the seller will arrange engineers instruct the installment(all travel ticket and hotel charge by buyer and engineer charge USD100/day ) 3.We will dispatch 2 engineers to direct the installation and debugging of the equipment if needed. And the engineer will train the workers on site. |
