Main section of egg packaging machine:
1. pulping system:including the hydrapulper,pump,disk mill,water tank,pulp tank,mixer,etc..to make the waste paper into pulp.
2. forming system: including the molding machine,molds, vacuum pumps, air compressor and electrical controller to make the pulp into wet trays.
3. drying system: including the oven,chains,trays,heating pipes,fans,boiler,etc..to dry the wet trays so they can be used directly.

| Ø Installation and Training 1. We shall send two technicians to the site to provide guidance on installation and debugging and the training of operators. 2.The technicians’ round-trip air tickets, visa application fees, and personal insurance are paid by the customer. Besides, the customer should provide free accommodation, food for the technicians while they are abroad. 3.Customer should pay 100 USD per day per person as subsidy. 4.For installation, customer should prepare items as: 3-5 workers to install Pools or tank to storage water and pulp. Install tools and welding machine Drying line required: red bricks about 40000 pieces, refractory bricks 1000 pieces, cement boards 200 pieces. |
