Egg tray machine Pulp Molding Machine is composed of the following sections:
| Pulping System | Turn waste paper, such as old newspapers, magazines, cartons, into a certain concentration pulp through pulping, screening, or adding chemical additives , for forming of molding machines. |
| Forming System | Attaching the pulp onto the specially made forming mold evenly through vacuum effect to make it into wet trays and then deliver it to drying system. |
| Drying System | Using heat source like Gas, Diesel, Steam, Conduction oil, coal, Wood to dry the wet trays after forming. |
| Stacking & Packing System | Count the number of dried trays, separate them and pack them for automatic packaging. |
